By engaging in the services of ASD Accountants LTD hereinafter referred to as “the Firm,” clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and the Firm.
The Firm agrees to provide accounting and related services as agreed upon in a separate engagement letter. The scope of services, fees, and other relevant details will be outlined in the engagement letter.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the provision of accounting services. Failure to provide necessary information may impact the quality and timeliness of the services rendered.
Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the engagement letter. Invoices shall be issued at agreed intervals, and payment is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may incur late payment penalties as specified in the engagement letter.
The Firm agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.
The Firm complies with data protection laws and takes measures to safeguard client data. Clients are encouraged to review the Firm’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. The client is responsible for paying any fees for services provided up to the termination date.
The Firm’s liability for any errors or omissions in the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the client for those services. The Firm is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of ACAS Arbitration Services.
The Firm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Firm’s services implies acceptance of the modified term
